Bike Chicago offers guided tours, self-guided tours and equipment rentals making their service suitable for everyone, giving you some structure or allowing you to take things at your own pace. There are three guided tours to choose from.

Guided Tours

Amazing Lakefront Tour
This is a fairly easy tour that takes you on a 5 mile round trip stopping at a number of popular sights including Grant Park, Millennium Park and Lincoln Park. Each park is the home to some great tourist spots such as the Lincoln Park Zoo, Buckingham Fountain and many beautiful gardens. The tour lasts from 2 to 3 hours.

Navy Pier departs at 10:30 AM
North Avenue Beach departs at 11:00 AM
Millennium Park departs at 10:00 AM

Friendly Neighbourhood Tour
This tour runs in the afternoon and is a 7 mile moderate round trip. Your guide will take you away from Chicago's main tourist district and into real Chicago neighbourhoods giving you an idea how the local people live. Highlights of this tour include the Gold Coast, home to the wealthy and their beautiful houses, Old Town a charming area of narrow cobbled streets, Lincoln Park and Lakeview. This tour takes between 3 and 4 hours.

Sites at Night Tour
At just 3 miles round trip this tour is an easy ride that that also includes a skyline boat tour. You will visit popular attractions and enjoy the view of the illuminated skyline. You will travel to the Magnificent Mile, Crown Fountain in Millennium Park, see the Buckingham Fountain light show and if you can take the tour on a Wednesday or Saturday enjoy the popular Navy Pier Fireworks. The tour will take 2 to 3 hours.

Equipment Rentals
You can rent equipment from five different locations: Navy Pier, North Avenue Beach, Millennium Park, Foster Beach and 63rd Street Beach. All equipment is keep to a high standard, is from quality manufactures and is replaced on yearly basis. You can choose from a number of different bikes including comfort bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, tandems, cruisers, quadcycles, and bikes for kids. It is also possible to hire rollers blades.

You get a free lock, helmet and map with all rentals!. Bike Chicago is fully insured and welcomes those of all ages.
